Hi,

Im also one of the makulit here, just wanted to do right thing the first time kaya puro tanong.... say what if my employer ( present and previous) say that they can only provide standard format , that means job description, inclusive dates, salaries and postition.

Should I proactively include an affidavit stating my detailed job details?

also for CAV ( certification authentication and verification) should u get this from all the school that i graduated from? in my case, 2 schools.
or just the one where i got my bachelors degree?

If that is so, will be a certification from them sufficient enough or dapat talagang may CHED stamp?

sorry talaga, im just too excited to lodge my application hehehe

thanks

Is it necessary to provide DIMIA certificate of employment from all work experiences, say, from 10 years ago up to present eventhough you only have to prove that you meet the recent work experience requirement which is 18 months only (for 60 point occupation)?

Im afraid i dont have COE for past employment. :-(

Yes, you have to include an affidavit for your tasks and duties.
If you request for your School Records from where you got your Bachelor's Degree, they will have it stamped by CHED before they release it to you.

i think it is better if you provide too much information rather than the lack of it. If you can't provide the Certificate of Employment then back this up with a Statutory Declaration/Affidavit why you cannot provide them. Also, include the needed info by DIMIA in the affidavit such as detailed tasks and duties, number of hours worked, compensation, was it fulltime or part-time, permanent or contractual. If you have previous payslips or ITR, include these too as evidence that you were connected with said company. You can request for a copy of your SSS history where your past employers will be reflected.

thanks thanks... so I dont need to secure CAV is that what your saying.
Well, Ive noticed that a lot of people now has been submitting docs that are notarized say for ex - passport - instead of DFA stamp - u can have it signed by a lawyer, etc etc.

If you have a copy of your school records, you can have this certified as a true copy and have it notarized by a lawyer.

Kung wala ka pang school records, request ka sa school, then sila na bahala magpastamp sa CHED. No need for notarization as this will be certified true copy by CHED already.

Re passport, no need for DFA stamp, signed by a lawyer is ok, that is what we did and apparently our CO accepted it.

HI this is on e of my dilemma, i asked my previous employer for a COE and they told me that they can only provide standard format, shoud i just make a job description on an extra page and have it certified by notary public?
or shoud i have it signed by my previous employer, which i dount that they might do so.

please enlighten me.

HI TO EVERYONE!
good day

ask ko lang po kung pwedeng instead of the COE given by the HRD,
i will just submit a document signed by my boss( Comptroller or Chief Accountant) enumerating all my duties and responsibilites because it is more detailed, updated and can be designed to address the specific requisites of DIMIA and possible sponsoring states

tnx a lot!!!

in my case, I have submitted two COE, one coming from HR (standard only) and one (detailed and as prescribed by Booklet 6) coming from my immediate Boss. Both of them are written in paper with company letterhead.
