Badminton is a current rave here in Manila. A lot of people now play this sport for their daily dose of energy-pumping exercise.
Has the craze spread in Australia?
Or what are the favorite sports of Phil-Aussies there?

Would be delighted by your comments. Ciao!

nah...badminton is not popular here in OZ. Soccer, Cricket, and Rugby are the games for the boys and Netball is popular for the girls. Squash is popular for the oldies.

I love playing badminton though. When I was in Phil badminton is my form of exercise.

oh, sorry, inaantok pa yata ako those sports I mentioned are popular for Aussies pala. I am not sure lang sa Phil-Aussies. Pero I din't hear my Phil friends talking about badminton here. Videoker is still popular for Pinoy's get together.

oh, sayang. badminton is the only sport I like to play. or maybe once we live there (sydney) with all the work, household chores, taking care of kids....... we won't need to play any sport for exercise, we'll be too tired.
so i guess we won't be bringing our rackets over.

thanks, sampaguita!

Don't worry Kath..you can still bring your raquet (sp?) over. There are lots of park here wtih enough space for you to play on kung gusto mo. baka ikaw pa magpa uso dito..he,he malay mo diba? Tama ka, sa dami ng magiging gawain mo sa bahay ay wala na talagang time sa paglalaro.
